“My intention is simple. That you experience more of your true self. That your sovereignty shines through. That your mind is your ally but not your master. That you experience your destiny, one breath at a time.”

  ~Tara Surpreet

Hi, thanks for dropping by my page. Let me introduce myself. I’m Tara Surpreet Kaur (Tracy Anthony), your host here at Deeper Daily Life.

I’m a dedicated and certified Level 1 Kundalini Yoga teacher, currently on the pathway to Level 2. My journey into the profound practice of Kundalini Yoga has been enriched by my extensive background in holistic and metaphysical disciplines, including Ayurvedic Medicine, Astrology, and holistic health practices.

In addition to my spiritual practices, I have an impressive professional background, having served as a Company CEO & Director, Business Analyst, Project Manager, Crypto Trader, DJ, and Events Manager. This unique combination of spiritual and professional experiences allows me to bring a well-rounded and deeply insightful perspective to my teaching.

Kundalini Yoga has been a cornerstone in my life, especially following my 2021 diagnosis of neurodivergence. The practice provided me with invaluable tools to navigate and embrace my unique neurological wiring. During a life-changing period marked by a personal transformation and divorce, Kundalini Yoga offered stability, clarity, and inner strength. Through breathwork, meditation, and mindful movement, I found a pathway to healing and resilience.

My intention is simple: to help you experience more of your true self, allowing your sovereignty to shine through. I aim for your mind to become your ally, not your master, guiding you to experience your destiny, one breath at a time.

Currently, I balance my corporate job with part-time work in yoga, astrology, and cryptocurrency. My goal is to transition to full-time teaching, workshops, and retreats that make a difference in people’s lives using the toolkit I’ve developed from life’s experiences.

I look forward to sharing a deeper daily life experience with you.

With love and gratitude,

Tara Surpreet Kaur (Tracy / Tracelemental)

ps.  It is not uncommon for Kundalini Yoga teachers to have a spiritual name, Tara Surpreet means “the sacred Princess/Lioness who shines, like the radiance stars, through the power of embracing God’s divine loving and motivating and rejuvenating energy”.

What is Kundalini Yoga?

According to the 3HO website, which is one of the governing bodies of Kundalini Yoga …

Known for its transformative benefits, the practice of Kundalini Yoga builds physical strength and stamina and enhances cognitive function, emotional fitness, and spiritual connection. Many people describe the experience as exhilarating, euphoric, and powerful.
Who is it for? Kundalini Yoga offers a holistic technology that can be used by people of any belief and from all walks of life. Unlike renunciate yoga traditions, Kundalini Yoga provides a path for “householders”: people with families, social roles, and worldly concerns

What to expect from a Kundalini Yoga Class

A typical Kundalini Yoga class involves at least one kriya which I think of as a recipe made up of different asanas, postures, pranayama (breathwork), mudras, sounds and eye positions who’s aim is to deliver an outcome, shift or change to our entire being.

An example of a Kriya is ‘Awakening to Your Ten Bodies’ which is a beautiful practice that works on the each of these unique energy/physical bodies and finishes with a dynamic mantra meditation. Throughout the practice there is a intention to bring ourselves to ourselves, to increase our awareness whilst increasing our overall wellbeing.

Each Kundalini Yoga class begins and ends with specific mantras to create a sacred space and set the intention. Classes typically last between 1 hour and 2 hours, with an average duration of 1 hour and 15 minutes.

During the class, you will engage in dynamic postures and movements, incorporating specific mantras, breathwork, eye focus, and hand postures. Pre-recorded music often accompanies sections of the practice to enhance your experience.

A deep relaxation period follows, concluding with a meditation that may be dynamic or mantra-based, providing a perfect ending to your class.

As your teacher, I will guide you vocally and through demonstrations on how to perform the kriyas. However, this practice does not include physical correction of postures.

The session is designed to create a safe and contained space for you to explore yourself deeply and connect to the profound power within.
